3. No Guarantee of Medical Outcomes

All medical opinions, diagnoses, treatment plans and outcomes are the sole responsibility of the qualified, independent medical professionals and hospitals you are referred to. Xenia Wellness LLP does not guarantee any specific treatment outcome.

4. Patient Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your medical history, condition and any documents or reports you share with us. Delays or errors arising from incomplete or inaccurate information are not the responsibility of Xenia Wellness LLP.

5. Fees & Payments

Any coordination fees charged by Xenia Wellness LLP are separate from the fees charged directly by hospitals, doctors, or other third-party service providers. Treatment estimates shared with you are indicative and subject to change based on the treating hospital's assessment.

6. Travel, Visa & Accommodation

Where we assist with travel, visa documentation or accommodation, this assistance is coordination only. Actual bookings and services are provided by third-party airlines, hotels and agencies and are subject to their own terms and policies.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms for hospital deposits, travel bookings or other third-party services are governed by the respective service provider's own policies. Any coordination fees paid to Xenia Wellness LLP for services already rendered are non-refundable.

8. Third-Party Services

Our website and services may reference or connect you with hospitals, doctors, airlines, hotels or other third parties. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions or service quality of these independent third parties.

9. Intellectual Property
